Title: *** NFL Draft Player Prieview: Ken Dorsey***

Ken Dorsey
Quarterback
Miami
6-4, 205 pounds

41 career college starts. 39 wins. I think it goes without saying that Dorsey is a proven winner. What he lacks in are strength and accuracy he more than makes up in leadership skills. Whichever NFL team decides to take a chance on him, they will have a player with the smarts and skill to play efficient,  mistake free football (can you say Trent Dilfer?)

Prognosis: I think Dorsey gets called somewhere between the middle of the second and third round, my guess is by Arizona of they don't already grab a QB, or possibly Cincinnati or Miami.

My prediction... flop.

Anyone remember Gino Torretta?

I met Gino one day at Costco here in California. Seemed to be an okay guy.

As far as Dorsey, I think he has a little bit better of a future in the NFL. I think he could be a serviceable backup/spot starter much like a Trent Dilfer. He has the smarts to be a decent QB. Guess we will have to wait and see for ourselves...

My thoughts exactly barnaby. I think Dorsey could very well be the next Trent Dilfer...
