Gridiron Guarantee is a weekly feature where you get to show off your football knowledge [smiley=graduate.gif] and make a BOLD prediction concerning any game or player for the coming weekend.

The prediction can be game-related, fantasy-specific, or personal. [smiley=footballsmiley.gif]

Make a BOLD prediction. Don't just say "Tiki Barber will fumble." That's too easy. Predict something that will have everyone in awe when it actually happens. For example, "Corey Dillon will whine to the media and then miss a game because he crashed his car on the way to the stadium." Then come back here on Monday or Tuesday and give us all the "I told you so"s. [smiley=tonguin.gif]

The 49ers [smiley=wave.gif] , at home with Tim Rattay at the helm, will defeat the Rams [smiley=ram.gif] !

This is a multi-part guarantee... part of it starts this week and the rest of it happens following the season:

The Cowboys easily handle the Redskins this weekend, leading to a total collapse (again) by the Skins and the departure (following the season) of Steve Spurrier who returns to the college ranks - never to be seen in the NFL again.

Welll.....he did not get TWO TD's, but he did get 200 yards. He is amazing this year!!
