Here is another one of our fun participatory threads here "between the 20's". It is called "between the 20's Fantasy MVP's of the Week". Here, you are to list your key player(s) for the week, the one or ones that were key to your victory(ies). I really think we can have some fun with this! This Thing of Ours (Money League):
Kerry Collins lit it up for me (although my opponent had Volek) in a first-round playoff win. Jimmy Smith and Rudi Johnson sealed the deal for me.

QFL: Won my first round playoff game, thanks largely to Warrick Dunn and Simeon Rice.

Norcal Nomads: Also won playoff game due to Eddie Kennison and Antonio Gates.

GBRFL2: My trio of Running backs, Jamale Lewis, Curtis Martin and Warrick Dunn, gained 398 total yards on the ground and scored 3 td's.

CBFL: Chad Pennington, Tiki Barber

GotG: Loss to Tony O this week in the playoffs, but my star was LB DJ Williams of Denver.

Insane gang: could be richard seymour if he blows up tonight :)

Gotg: kitna screwed me over but bettis and martin have given me a chance....i coached a bad game...like leaving out mason because i thought he wouldnt play....and instead playing eric parker....what a time to coach bad...my MVPs will be dillon, harrison and bruschi if they fail to beat me tonight :)

For my 1-1 Week 15 performance, which (as per my post on the "Weekly Bitchin'" thread) almost ended any hope of a GBRFL Championship but after which I am still alive ever so slightly, I will give game balls to the following guys who fought their asses off for the one win I did get to keep me in the running:

RB - Jamal Lewis [smiley=footballsmiley.gif] (way to come back)

RC - Eddie Kennison [smiley=footballsmiley.gif]

During this holiday season, my thanks goes out to the Joneses. Yes, Kevin Jones and Julius Jones have finally shown up. They have not only helped my bottom feeder team around, they have givin me hope for the future...... (hope has burned me before)
