NFL.com has posted their early Top 10...

1. LaDainian Tomlinson
2. Priest Holmes
3. Edgerrin James
4. Shaun Alexander
5. Jamal Lewis
6. Corey Dillon
7. Domanick Davis
8. Clinton Portis
9. Julius Jones
10. Rudi Johnson

They didn't post their scoring guidelines online, but let's assume that it is standard 1 point per 10 yards rushing, 1 point per 10 yards receiving, 6 points per rushing/receiving TD, -2 per fumble.

Anyone else care to post their top 10 list?

I'm surprised Mcgahee is not in the top 10! He is being drafted higher than a lot of those other backs.

I like The_Dogs list alot better than than NFL.coms. He has Holmes lower, as should be expected given his age, questionable durability and the presence of Larry Johnson. Also, substituting McGahee in for Julius Jones makes sense, as McGahee really shined when he took over for good in Buffalo (not that Julius Jones didn't, but he has to prove he is durable).

It could also be argued that Domanick Davis and Ahman Green should be excluded from both lists and replaced by Kevin Jones at around the 6 or 7 spot.

I still have holmes high cause he hasnt shown he is gonna slow down...when he is healthy he is still a beast.....the only guy im Iffy about is clinton portis im not sure if he is top 10 anymore...he is borderline to me....Mcgahee will have a very nice year as will the rest....i wouldnt be surprised if domanick davis took the 10 spot from portis....

packers lost BOTH of their pro bowl guards this offseason...one to dallas and one to carolina....so the running game is a big IF at this point not to mention the defense stinks which means farve will probably have to throw more.....
