Here is another one of our fun participatory threads here "between the 20's".  It is called "between the 20's Fantasy MVP's of the Week".  Here, you are to list your key player(s) for the week, the one or ones that were key to your victory(ies).  I really think we can have some fun with this! [smiley=havinablast.gif] You can expect this to be up by Wednesday from here on out!  HAVE FUN, fellas!!! [smiley=dancin.gif]

There is also a complementary weekly thread to this one for the opposite circumstance:  "between the 20's Weekly Bitchin'"!!!  Make sure to check it out!!!

Adrian Peterson came up in a real big way in my money league this week. My opponent still has a player going on Monday night (Jerious Norwood), but he'd have to put up 7 TDs and about 350 total yards to catch me this week. I think I'll count this chicken a bit early.

Well, this was an exceptional ;D week for me.

First off, I would like to thank Gonzo for finally being the stud I knew he was, his third 100 yd game and and second week with a TD, you da man Gonzo!!

Secondly, thank you LT2 for making me not regret trading Adrian Peterson for you.  A.P. had 3 td's this week, and you countered with 4.  You are also the man.

Had 'em both and needed 21 to win...they got me 23 in one play.  [smiley=cheesehead.gif] [smiley=cheesehead.gif] [smiley=cheesehead.gif] [smiley=cheesehead.gif] [smiley=cheesehead.gif] [smiley=cheesehead.gif] [smiley=cheesehead.gif]

That TD (and yards) by James Jones won a league for me, the Packers D won another league for me.  But I'm a Bears fan, so I'm conflicted...   ;D

Week 9:
In my money league, the honor has to go to Adrian Peterson (who I drafted in Round 5!) and his huge day. A runner-up would be Lee Evans who finally broke out in a big way. He drove me nuts earlier in the season, but seems to be coming around again.

In money league #1, the QFL: Brett Favre, and my pair of DBs, Sean Jones and rookie Reggie Nelson.

In Money League #2: Adrian Peterson, Joseph Addai, Lee Evans all stepped up this week, along with the Titans D. Jon Kitna helped too.

In the GBRFL2: Jamal Lewis.

In the GotG: Jamal Lewis.

Clinton Portis stepped it up this week with some serious rushing yards.  Enough that I may be able to beat the top team  in the GBRFL.  (sadly, I am going to lose my second game.)

Reggie Bush with a rushing and receiving TD also helped the cause.

And like Barnaby, I benefitted from Jamals 4 TDs!

I actually beat the guy who owned Brees, Earnest Graham, and the TEN D!

Thank you Tony Romo, DAL D, Housh, A. Davis, Hackett, D. Ryans, and P. Willis!

Took down the #1 guy to take a share of the lead with Wayne's  [smiley=horseshoe.gif]  performance in my big money league. Favre  [smiley=cheesehead.gif] and Wayne  [smiley=horseshoe.gif] also helped me big time in my "little" money league. Good job gentlemen.

Stayed within reach of the playoffs in my money league in week 10 thanks to a waiver-wire pickup:

Thank you DJ Hackett! I trailed by 20 points going into the MNF game and Hackett and Burleson (I had bye week issues) got me 21 for the win.
