Guys,

I am finally hittin' the sack over here in the ROK. I have been workin' real hard in every spare moment I have on this board and today on this smiley project. I hope they give you all much enjoyment. Anyway, right now I have them all out and exposed next to the regular smilies. I am doing this at least for now at least (gotta' love the English language) so as you guys will not miss out. But, since you all were kind enough to sign up here so early in the going, when convenient, I want to tailor this place for you all. This is such a case. So, I would like to know where you guys would like the smilies to go: A) Leave them where they are, at least for awhile; B) Put all the "extra" ones in the drop-down menu on the left; C) Only put the extras in the new window that opens when you click "View All Smilies" (this option does not really make sense since the drop-down menu remains there no matter what with the "regular" emoticons, so it would be stupid not to at least leave the "extras" there)?

I think it's way too busy with them all on display. I'd suggest putting them in a drop down box and minimze the clutter. [smiley=downthetubes.gif]

I agree. It's way too much with all of them up there. I love having all of those smiley options [smiley=headbanger.gif] , but there has got to be a way to hid them somehow [smiley=theyareontome.gif]

I have over 1 Meg of smilies on my board - I find it a lot easier to use the pop-up when it gets that big.

The fewer distractions and the cleaner the posting/replying page is, the better. In my opinion, moving the 'extras' to a drop down menu would be the way to go.

I think enough of a concensus is in for a determination to be made (there go those StegRock prediction abilities again ::) ;D )! I actually share the same opinion as is being expressed. My choice would be "B" from above, as well! ;D Consider it done!
