Title: A Future FantasyFootballer...
Post by Philly on Apr 23rd, 2007, 5:34pm
Just wanted everyone to know that my wife and I had our second son today. Graham William West was born at 2:32 PM and weighed in at 8 lbs and measured 20 inches.

CONGRATS!!!!  Kids are awesome!!!

I am very happy for the both of you, and of course, your oldest as well....  You are going to have so much fun.

I wish your wife a speedy recovery and you both a child that sleeps through the night! ;D

Congratulations Jeff! I have two sons as well and its a blast! I hope your wife recovers well and settles in at home without any difficulties. Good luck getting baby sitters now.....it seems the more kids you have the less people want to watch them???? I don't get it! ;) ;D

Everyone is doing great. We had a planned homebirth (same as the first one) and it went very smoothly. My wife was up and walking around within an hour of the birth.

Darren, the elder (at nearly 4 now), has already shown the new one lots of love and attention, but has also shown the signs of jealousy. I'm making sure to lavish some extra attention on him now. Both my wife and I have parents within a short drive, and plenty of aunts and uncles local too, so babysitters have never been a problem.  [smiley=fingerscrossed.gif]

And, yes, I'll be at the draft this weekend, but I could only finagle one day out of my wife, so I'll be there for the opening rounds (and a wild one it should be) and then catch the coverage on TV day two.

Yikes... don't tell me the Eagles are reaching for another QB far too early!  ;)
