Unfortunately,... we're going in circles... As I stated before, that would be the "ideal". I unfortunately do not think it is going to be an option. It is work on me getting a newbie in here and not mucking things up and making more work for me, which I am sure whatever newbie it would be would end up doing, anyway, given the complex and unusual nature of the GBRFL format. And, please don't go holding a gun to my head to get it done this year given that I am going into week 11 of the semester. In fact, given that a lot of the work for this league may fall back on my shoulders here, as I suggested earlier, it would probably make it "all" a little easier on me if I were participating. You understand where I am coming from...

Minor lineup note,... Jim O'Dell indicates Tom Coughlin as his head coach and instructs me to drop Brian Billick. However, he picked Coughlin up as his "bye-week" stop-gap coach in Week 7, and, then, last week, Week 8, he indicated Brian Billick as his coach, and (amidst all the bullshit) I forgot to put through the "automatic" drop of Coughlin. So, I cannot, by rights, go by his request this week to drop Billick (and keep Coughlin as his coach). I should have "automatically" dropped Coughlin last week, which is what I had to go back and do this week (i.e., his dropping Coughlin is now indicated in the Week 8 transactions). So, it's my bad... I'm sorry,... but, honestly, I need yous to "work with me" here with respect to every detail and (little) rule, especially for the duration of this (f'ed-up) season. Thank you!

There is a post up here, fellas, that you WILL want to check out... http://www.fantasyfootballer.com/cgi-bin/theGridiron/YaBB.cgi?board=53;a ction=display;num=1060043683;start=75. The part in the "P.S." about "getting up unofficial results for Week 12" may be of particular interest. If someone wants to do it, just go ahead and do it right here on the GBRFL2 board. And, as always, thank you for your anticipated understanding and patience! ...

Fellas, the system is all back up and running, unfortunately that wasn't the case until after kickoff/most of you already submitted your lineups by e-mail. Anyway, I have gone ahead and input everybody's lineup that I received by e-mail. So, ignore the time-stamps. Also, more importantly, each of you may want to double-check and make sure that I got your lineup right.

Fellas, we are, ALAS, finally ALL caught up,... and should remain that way for the duration, especially given the "extended" Week 17, which I should not have trouble staying "up-to-date" with, and about which the newbies need to apprise themselves over the next few days. MC, sk, that can be done via the following thread: http://www.fantasyfootballer.com/cgi-bin/theGridiron/YaBB.cgi?board=53;a ction=display;num=1135742397.

| Sorry, I did not have a spare moment to get to this. I took a peek at your lineup when you submitted it, and it looked good. For future reference, though, the only thing you might not realize is that you could "mix it up" regarding the different weeks of availability of a given player. Now, for an example, go on over to the GBRFL mother league site and check out my Week 17 lineup and see what I did with Muhsin Muhammad (note that no specification means Week 17), i.e., Muhammad in the Divisional Round I value and, thus, list highly, whereas, Muhammad in Week 17, not so much so. So, Muhammad (DR) is separately and more highly listed than Muhammad (W17). Check it out! I'm sure you'll "get it"... for the future.

Just worth noting,... my latest post on the following thread: http://www.fantasyfootballer.com/cgi-bin/theGridiron/YaBB.cgi?board=53;a ction=display;num=1060043683;start=75. I will do the same for you guys after I get the Week 17 lineups. There's no rush, though, especially given the circumstances over here, i.e., not too much is at stake at this point. Jeff, assuming you're gonna do them, just put whatever combination of WR, DR, CC, SB, PB (nothing = W17) next to the players' names on the spreadsheet. Thank you.

| I had planned on doing them tomorrow. I wasn't quite sure what to make of these lineups, but I'll give it a go and see what happens.

| Okay,... upon further review, sk,... your lineup was kind of screwed up. I, again, apologize for not having the time at the time to respond to your post above. It is fairly obvious what your intention was, and, as such, your Week 17 lineup will be processed like how we are processing DT's lineup up in the mother league as per my post on December 30th on the following thread: http://www.fantasyfootballer.com/cgi-bin/theGridiron/YaBB.cgi?board=53;a ction=display;num=1060043683;start=75. His lineup actually is bungled up way worse than yours. ... In any event, note this stuff, GBRFL Deucers, we are establishing precedent here!!! Also, sk, if you want to see a really well-inputted Week 17 lineup that puts extensive use the "Extended Week 17" lineup option, check out "Mark Hahn's" in the mother league. To do so, go to: http://www.fantasyfootballer.com/line-upssubmissionform.htm, and select his name from the drop-down menu and use your GBRFL2 permissions to enter! In short, your preferences are supposed to go from left to right if you are going to "consolidate". Of course, it was fairly obvious in your case that you wanted the "farthest game out" to be the game you use.

Well, that's all, folks!!! All the GBRFL2 stuff for the close of the '06 season both at the league site as well as over here has been updated: e.g. the Standings page, the Champions page, who's indicated as the defending champ on the league home page as well as "the Gridiron" index page, etc. I hope you all enjoyed '06 and are looking forward to '07!!!

Okay, alas, I have gotten around to updating the "Rosters" and "Transactions" pages for the 2007 season. Were there any offseason trades made this year that I missed? And, what about protection spots; everybody's even with them, right? Let me know, guys!
