Heyas, guys... I have the #4 free-agent pick Week 1. I am definitely going to use it as I see four good pickups of roughly equal value. As long as my two experiments, Tebow and Pryor, survive their respective team's cuts, I am not going to cut either of them, and I plan to let things play out with RB's Polk and Helu and RC Montgomery. This means that I am going to cut a player of fairly decent quality. The player I currently have tabbed to cut is a probable 1,000+-yard, 6+-touchdown receiver, Marques Colston. So, if you are interested in him, let me know. He can probably be gotten fairly cheap.

| Let me put one (obvious) caveat on this... If you are genuinely interested in Colston or dealing with me in general here, keep in mind NFL cuts. I am willing to trade Colston before NFL cuts. Colston may be slightly more pricey in that case (although we are not talking very expensive to begin with). HOWEVER, if final NFL cuts on Saturday or even tomorrow's first round of NFL cuts comes and Tebow and/or Pryor (or any of my players) gets cut, all bets are off! I will keep Colston, and just cut that player.

I also may need to cut a good player or two. Probably cutting Cody Latimer or Fred Jackson in addition to Ryan Mallett. Probably Latimer. If anyone has interest let me know. With respect to Latimer, I think he can be really good. I gave up on Marvin Harrison and Randall Cobb at similar points in their careers. Alternatively, I would trade my free agent pick (#2) but that may be pricey.

Well, DB, with all due respect (and it is due), I do not know about that steaming heap, but Colston is legitimately in the WR3 conversation with low-end WR2 upside and probably no lower than WR4 downside. In fact, I am starting to get cold feet. I am now starting to think that whomever I get with that #4 pick is not even going to be close to better than Colston. If Pryor or Tebow or someone else on my squad gets cut, then there would be my cut. If not... I am still willing to deal (Colston), but I am starting to become increasingly inclined to just sit tight Week 1. If nobody on my team gets cut from his NFL team, that may make me more inclined to just trade the #4 pick itself. But, I am not going to give it away.

I wasn't really comparing Colston vs. Latimer but now that you mention it ... it is an interesting comparison. Colston is at least 30 and maybe has one more decent year left and Latimer has done nothing but is very young, was a high draft pick and is at least the #3 in a Peyton Manning offense. I don't think it is crazy to say he could break out this year. But in the end I would probably value Colston over Latimer and both of them over those other scrubs that you love so much (who are similar to my 2 worthless backup QB scrubs that I don't have the heart to cut either and $).

| Well, I guess it depends on what you mean by "at least". on Sep 3rd, 2015, 11:42am, DOLFAN wrote:Cheaters Never prosper... ... Let me know if you are looking for a HOF QB. |
| Well, that means that, if you cheat, you do not prosper, and, if you prosper, you do not cheat. Hmmmm... Tom Brady - four Super Bowls, three Super Bowl MVP's, two NFL MVP's, Gisele, ten-time Pro Bowler, and, by your very own admission, future HOF QB! You - ... You do the logic! ...

| Well, Colston's price just went up as did my Week 1 #4 pick's.

| Well, that worked out well... I just went and got him for this upcoming week. If Ben does not return, and he probably will not, Vick has already been declared out Week 7, and Jones outplayed him, anyways. So, I am yet again in need of a filler QB for Week 7. But, I am also just ready to throw my hands up in the air like I just don't care.

| Fellas, I am headed out the door. If anybody is willing to do me a favor and make a little deal here, it would be great if you could private-message me a.s.a.p. Given my schedule, it is SO DIFFICULT for me to get anything done on Thursdays. I have like no time. If I were to come home today to an offer, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your anticipated consideration.

| I am looking for draft picks (this year and future years) and young unproven players. I've got quality for sale.....Drew Brees- while getting older, is still putting up good numbers, Josh McCown has been having a good statistical year, Marshawn Lynch, Hillman, Alfred Blue, hell, even Gore is a good #3 RB.
