RB Helu, for whom the FF pundits were all forecasting a breakout season during this past offseason, is done for the year, replaced for the rest of this season by Ryan Grant.  Currently atop "The REAL Feed":

Andre Ellington was cut by the Cardinals for some reason after being a significant contributor to the passing game

Chris Thompson goes down for the Redskins.    
 
The Skins would be idiots if they don't make the move to get Ellington.   He would thrive in the role Chris Thompson vacated.
