It looks like T.O is going to CINCY!!!!The Market is/has dried up for T.O., but still ends up in a place with good opportunity, and we know he still has something left in the tank.
WOW!!!! I think this is a perfect fit if you ask me. T.O. and the new TE will open this team up. T.O. is a physical body/game that Cincy has never really had.  

I think this make Carson's, and Benson's value go up...Ocho I really don't see much difference...maybe a tick down.
