In this case, "fantasy" football news,... which rolls out fast these days... and off "The REAL Feed", like this very report out of a LOCAL source that rolls off the Feed:

Sports: NFL / Football -- Charlotte.com (16.08.2009 07:04)
(By Tony Mecia, tmecia@charlotteobserver.com) Before the Internet and cell phones and TV packages that let you watch every pro football game, playing fantasy football took a lot of work. It sounded geeky - football fans who were so hard-core that they selected individual NFL players to be o...

Coach can't help that passion among Mid-Atlantic foes is lackingRavens coach John Harbaugh seems to understand the entertainment value of a little back-and-forth between the two NFL franchises in the Mid-Atlantic region. I am posting this sheerly for the object lesson in media manipulation.  These two diametrically opposed headlines are based on the same content.  This goes to show you how dramatically the media can muddy the waters.  What if you were just a headline reader?  How would that conversation at the water-cooler go?  From "The REAL Feed":

Carroll 'concerned, disappointed' about Lynch (http://espn.go.com/nfl/trainingcamp12/story/_/id/8209910/seattle-seahawks-coach-pete-carroll-concerned-disappointed-marshawn-lynch)
ESPN: NFL (28.07.2012 17:59)
Marshawn Lynch received plenty of cheers from the fans sitting on the grassy hill on Saturday as the Seattle Seahawks began training camp.

Pete Carroll pleased with Marshawn Lynch since arrest (http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d5d82ae35f6/article/pete-carroll-pleased-with-marshawn-lynch-since-arrest)
NFL.com (28.07.2012 22:07)
Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll expressed disappointment in Marshawn Lynch for his arrest earlier this month, but said the dialogue with the running back has been good.

This is not even about persuasion.  Interestingly, it is just "confusing"... [smiley=hmmmm.gif]
