There will be no blanket censorship of language on our boards! The system is NOT childishly set up to automatically delete or disguise "naughty" words. Users always find a way around this, anyway, if they really want to (Making people write the word "ass" like this, "a$$", is foolishness). Simply put, what is written must toe the line of the laws of freedom of speech, i.e., it is okay as long as it cannot be prosecuted in a courtroom somewhere. Beyond that, grow up! Refrain from using such words incessantly and, on the other hand, cool your engines unless the threat is very clear and present... unlikely. This is virtual reality, for goodness sake! Bottom line, the monitoring of this board by the administrator or moderators is pretty much arbitrary. Just be cool and we will all have a great time here... like on your living room couch on a Sunday afternoon or a barbeque with a big screen. Just don't be a jerk and you won't get (virtually) smacked around! ;o)
You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate to this YaBB forum.
