ROBERT GALLERY
Iowa
HT: 6' 7"
WT: 324 lbs.

STRENGTHS:
Robert Gallery may be the best pure player entering the draft this year.  Teams know that all they need to do is draft him, give him a playbook, and he'll be a solid starter for ten years or more barring injury.  Gallery possesses great size, strength, speed (4.9 forty), and quickness.  He began his collegiate career as a TE and still shows the athleticism of a much smaller man.  Furthermore, he has great technique.  He sets up well and excels in pass blocking.  He is a character guy with a great work ethic.

WEAKNESSES:
He could still stand to get a bit stronger and improve his technique.  He needs to improve his run-blocking some to get to an All-pro level at the NFL.  Still has a lot to learn about playing the position, but a good offensive line coach will help.

PROJECTION:
Currently projected to fall to the fourth overall pick (Giants).  Cleveland is enamored with him as well and may try to trade up to get him if they determine the Giants will take him.

JACOB ROGERS
USC
HT: 6' 6"
WT: 307 lbs.

STRENGTHS:
Jacob Rogers shows excellent technique for a college player.  A former TE, he has really developed his pass blocking skills and has not allowed a QB sack in his four years at USC.  He uses leverage and angles as well as anyone in the draft.  Once he locks onto his man, he generally rides him right out of the play.  He is an outstanding teammate and a hard worker.

WEAKNESSES:
Rogers will never get accused of being fast.  He runs a pedestrian 5.25 in the forty and does not display much quickness either.  He will need to develop his strength as he is vulnerable to a good bull rush.  His run blocking, while not bad, will need some polish as well.  Rogers has injury concerns.

PROJECTION:
While he is not the gifted athlete that some of the other OTs are in the draft, Rogers has more polished technique and OT skills than most of the others.  He will be a late first or early second round selection.  He could go to a team like the Titans, Eagles, or Chiefs in the first round or he could drop into the hands of the Giants, Browns, or Falcons in the second.

SHAWN ANDREWS
Arkansas
HT: 6' 4"
WT: 345 lbs.

STRENGTHS:
Shawn Andrews is widely considered to be the second best tackle (Gallery) in the entire draft. He is a huge man with great strength who can overpower many defensive linemen. Andrews shows good quickness for his size and moves his feet very well. He can backpedal into a pass block or explode into a run block. He displays solid technique, using leverage and good blocking angles on the defenders. Andrews is able to slide laterally and pull to block outside the pocket. He plays with a bit of a mean streak.

WEAKNESSES:
Andrews was once considered to be a top 10 pick, however he dropped quickly after he sat out his bowl game (nasal polyps, but no one knew at the time) and his weight ballooned to nearly 400 pounds. He has struggled to keep his weight under control his entire collegiate career. Andrews needs to work on using his hands better when blocking to keep his player locked up. Andrews works well in close quarters, however he will sometimes look awkward when blocking in open space, often lunging and missing the defender completely.

PROJECTION:
Andrews has lost a great deal of weight in the past three months and seems to be rededicated to being an elite offensive tackle. While he still won't crack the top ten, he is a sure first rounder with Miami (#20) appearing to be the most likely suitor. A few of the teams ahead of Miami (Pittsburgh, Houston, and Jacksonville) have also shown interest, however they would most likely select him if they traded down into the later teens.

NAT DORSEY
Georgia Tech
HT: 6' 7"
WT: 322 lbs.

STRENGTHS:
Nat Dorsey is one of the top underclassmen offensive tackle prospects. He has outstanding size and long arms, creating problems for defensive players. He has good feet and can set up quickly and move laterally with little effort. He plays strong despite a rather pedestrian (for an OT) strength showing of 26 reps at the combine. He uses his hands well in space and delivers a powerful punch. Dorsey displays excellent balance with a strong base. He can hold the point of attack.

WEAKNESSES:
While he has decent quickness, Dorsey is a painfully slow runner and does not block well in space. He can get beat by outside speed rushers as he can't get to them quickly enough, although his long arms will force the rusher even wider. Dorsey has managed to drop his weight since the end of the season, although it has gotten out of control at times creating stamina issues late in games. Dorsey also was flagged too many times for false starts, seemingly because of a lack of concentration.

PROJECTION:
If Dorsey can keep his weight under control and continue to develop and mature, he has the skills to be an outstanding NFL tackle. He was considered the third best tackle prospect until he underimpressed at the combine. Because of this slide down the draft boards he should go somewhere after the top third of the second round. Pittsburgh (#44) could use a big tackle to help a depleted offensive line.
