Philadelphia quarterback Donovan McNabb returned to practice Monday and is expected to start Sunday when the Eagles host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. McNabb has been out since breaking his rib in the season opener. He missed two games before the Eagles had their bye this past weekend.

I understand that they want to get him in on the wildcat formation (which really hasn't been successful at all in Philly), but it seems like they are sticking with a plan that is contrary to subsequently received evidence, namely Kolb's quality play...  What's up with this?  From "The REAL Feed":
