I would not speak too soon on that.  Heath Miller and Le'Veon Bell are going to be back soon.  I think after their bye-week Week 5 they will improve greatly.

They had 20 grams of weed on them, and Bell also got popped for DUI.  It is being reported that this will likely not affect them for this season.
 
My take...  I would not at all be surprised if the Steelers, a high character organization, dump Blount, a known troublemaker who could now potentially be seen as a bad influence on the younger Bell, who is not known as trouble.
